MYDF Delegates attending the Bengkel Pembangunan Peraturan-Peraturan Sukan (Penganjuran Acara Sukan

On the 8th of December 2016, Malaysia DanceSport Federation were invited by the Sports Commissioner Office to nominate Two delegates from MYDF to attend the Bengkel Pembangunan Peraturan-Peraturan Sukan (Penganjuran Acara Sukan) organized by the Sports Commissioner's Office. There were Two delegates and Two observers. MYDF delegates were non other than our KLDSA President Mr. Chua Kian Hong and Melaka DanceSport Association President, Mr. Anthony Chua. The observers were Mr. Chua Zjen Fong, Deputy President of KLDSA and Ms. Anita Tan from Melaka DanceSport Association.

The purpose of this workshop held by PJS is to regulate and enforce the amended rules and regulations on organising International Sport Events in Malaysia. This is ensure and prevent any scam that will ruin the country's reputation according to Dato' Zaiton- the Sports Commissioner of Malaysia. However, the matter discussed and presented is not to be disclosed here but it will definitely bring a big change in our country's future sport events. The initiative taken by PJS and all other sports bodies registered under PJS are sowing great interests and support towards the new amended act and hopefully it will be implemented after PJS making it public in the near future and will be penalising any party or sports bodies that are not following the new rules and existing rules.
