About MODC

The WDSF Malaysia Open DanceSport Championship is a premier international dance competition held annually in Kuala Lumpur, organized by the Kuala Lumpur DanceSport Association (KLDSA) and MY Dancesport Academy.

Sanctioned by WDSF,DSA, and MYDF, the championship attracts top dancers from around the globe to compete in various categories, including Standard, Latin, and Solo events across multiple age groups.

The upcoming 5th edition, will feature the WDSF Asian Championship Adult Ten Dance and WDSF South East Asia Adult Female Solo Latin, marking a significant milestone as it will be hosted on Malaysian soil!
