Refund Policy

We are committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy for all members and event participants.

2.1 Event Registrations
•⁠  ⁠Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by the Kuala Lumpur Dancesport Association or in cases of overbooking.  

•⁠  ⁠No cancellations or refunds will be entertained once payment has been made for tickets, entry fees, or any other items related to the Malaysia Open Dancesport Championship (MODC).

2.2 Membership Fees
•⁠  ⁠Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases of administrative error on our part, or if the membership is affected by issues with the Malaysia Dancesport Federation (MYDF) or World DanceSport Federation (WDSF).
