Hotel Room Reservation
Terms & Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

 

 

  • All reservations are subject to availability and processed on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only upon successful payment.

  • A confirmation email and/or e-receipt will be issued upon successful booking.

 

 

 

 

2. Room Rates & Packages

 

 

  • Room rates are based on selected packages:

     

    • Room Only

    • Room with 1 Breakfast

    • Room with 2 Breakfasts

     

  • Additional breakfast charges:

     

    • Adult: RM 98

    • Child (4–12 years): RM 59

     

  • All rates are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

 

 

 

 

3. Tourism Tax (Malaysia Regulation)

 

 

  • A Tourism Tax of RM10 per room per night applies to non-Malaysian guests only.

  • Malaysian citizens and Permanent Residents are exempted.

  • The tax will be:

     

    • Included in the booking total, OR

    • Collected upon check-in (if not prepaid)

     

  • Guests may be required to present valid identification/passport for verification.

 

 

 

 

4. Payment Policy

 

 

  • Full payment is required to secure the reservation unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments must be made via the provided online payment gateway.

  • All payments are non-transferable unless approved by the organizer.

 

 

 

 

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

 

  • All confirmed bookings are strictly non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be provided for:

     

    • No-shows

    • Early check-out

    • Unused nights

     

  • Any request for cancellation or modification is subject to organizer approval and availability.

 

 

 

 

6. Amendments & Changes

 

 

  • Requests for changes (dates, room type, occupancy) must be submitted in writing.

  • All changes are subject to:

     

    • Room availability

    • Organizer approval

     

  • Additional charges may apply.

 

 

 

 

7. Room Availability & Organizer Rights

 

 

  • Room inventory is allocated under a bulk arrangement with the hotel and is subject to final availability.

  • In the event that rooms are fully booked, oversubscribed, or unavailable, the organizer reserves the right to:

    a) Reassign guests to an alternative hotel of comparable standard, OR

    b) Provide a full refund for the affected booking

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

  • The organizer shall not be liable for any additional costs, losses, or compensation arising from such circumstances.

 

 

 

 

8. Check-In & Check-Out

 

 

  • Standard hotel check-in and check-out times apply.

  • Guests are required to present:

     

    • Booking confirmation

    • Valid identification/passport

     

  • The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if required documents are not provided.

 

 

 

 

9. Guest Responsibility & Conduct

 

 

  • Guests are responsible for maintaining the condition of the hotel room and property.

  • Any damages, losses, or misconduct will be charged directly to the guest by the hotel.

  • Guests must comply with all hotel rules and regulations at all times.

 

 

 

 

10. Organizer Liability Disclaimer

 

 

  • The organizer (KLDSA / MDA) acts solely as a facilitator for hotel reservations.

  • The organizer shall not be held liable for:

     

    • Hotel services or operations

    • Room conditions or dissatisfaction

    • Loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience during the stay

     

  • All disputes related to accommodation must be addressed directly with the hotel.

 

 

 

 

11. Force Majeure

 

 

  • The organizer shall not be responsible for any failure or delay due to events beyond control, including but not limited to:

     

    • Natural disasters

    • Government restrictions

    • Pandemics

    • Acts of war or unforeseen disruptions

     

 

 

 

 

12. Data Protection & Privacy

 

 

  • Personal data collected will be used strictly for:

     

    • Reservation management

    • Event coordination

     

  • Data will not be shared with third parties except where necessary (e.g. hotel or authorities).

 

 

 

 

13. Damages & Liability

 

 

  • The organizer shall not be responsible for any damages caused by guests to hotel property.

  • Any costs arising from damages, violations, or misconduct will be borne fully by the guest.

 

 

 

 

14. General Terms

 

 

  • The organizer reserves the right to:

     

    • Amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice

    • Reject or cancel any booking deemed incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate

     

  • By completing the reservation, guests are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions stated above.
