KLDSA Athletes Won 3 Golds, 1 Silver and 1 Bronze in Vietnam!

4 KLDSA Athletes took part in the CK Open DanceSport Championship in Hanoi Vietnam last weekend. The 4 had managed to secure 3 Golds, 1 Silver & 1 Bronze Medal.

Lam Hong Woh & Lim Dao Er won 3 Golds in the Single Dance Paso Doble, Cha Cha and Samba. Where as Chua Zjen Thak & Che Xin Nee grabed 1 Silver in the Single Dance Jive and 1 Bronze medal in Rumba. The Single Dance event is similar to the format of the SEA Games, Asian Indoor games and Asian Games where athletes pick and compete in their best dance.

Countries from Australia and Italy took part in this competition as well. It was Lam & Dao Er's first ever Gold medal in their Dance Career since their partnership began in 2015. It was also a tremendous improvement for Chua Zjen Thak & Che Xin Nee where they also won the hearts of many in the competition.

The 4 were trained under MY DanceSport Academy and coached by the Malaysian National Latin Champion - Chua & Evon where they were also competing in Italy at the same time.
