KLDSA Athletes Triumph at the WDSF Hualien Pacific Danceport Open 2025

Hualien, Chinese Taipei, September 2025 – The Kuala Lumpur Dancesport Association (KLDSA) team delivered an exceptional performance at the prestigious WDSF Hualien Pacific Danceport Open 2025, held from September 20 to 21, 2025, at the Hualien Arena in Chinese Taipei. Under the guidance of Team Leader Chua Zjen Fong , the delegation, comprising three couples and five solo athletes, secured multiple podium finishes and strong placements against fierce international competition.

With Ooi Ken Vin and Zoe Tan Zi Wei securing a 1st Runner Up spot in the Adult Latin event, and soloists Tan Li Xuan and Madeleine Lau Yu Xuan each claiming 2nd Runner Up finishes, the team consistently proved its ability to compete and triumph on the international stage. Furthermore, the impressive performance by junior athlete Chew Yun Han, who reached a 5th place final finish, signals a promising future for the next generation of KLDSA athletes.
