News | MYDF 2021 AGM

News | The Malaysia DanceSport Federation (MYDF) had just concluded their 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on the 12th of September 2021 via Zoom. The committees of MYDF raised and discussed multiple agendas throughout the meeting. This included the appointment of our KLDSA's Deputy President Chua Zjen Fong as the new Sports Director of MYDF. As so, Mr. Chua will be in charge of developing and improving the standards of Dancesport in Malaysia. Furthermore, Mr. John Chong of Sabah Dancesport Association (SBDA) has also been appointed as the Director of Ethics of MYDF.

During the meeting, an introduction for our MYDF representatives of Breaking, Tan Chong Min, Lim Leong Suan and Alvin Law had taken place, as this is their first appearance in the MYDF AGM meeting. The recent announcements of the 1st MYDF National Breaking E-battle Championship had also been mentioned in the meeting as well. The representatives of Negeri Sembilan Dancesport Association-MYDF (N9DSA) had also been formally introduced during the AGM meeting as this is their first time joining the MYDF AGM meeting. N9DSA is lead by Mr. Ooi Aik Chai as the president.

Last but not least, we would like to congratulate once more to our KLDSA Deputy President, Mr Chua Zjen Fong, for his appointment as the new Sports Director of MYDF!
