How to Participate
STEP 1
Record current solo video not more than 1 minute
Post on personal IG

STEP 2
Filled in Google Form

STEP 3
Organizer will email the State membership form & MYDF form
Please reply the email with filled and sign form.
(All member fees is waive for 2021)
STEP 4
Shall you application succeeded, a notification email will be send.
